my beloved, taken too early, ripped from light. now agony echoes in shattered halls, skull-cracking cries beneath blood-spattered walls. bruised and broken, your memory remains, a silhouette in crimson pooled stains.
a thousand echoes — unanswered. a fire that burned into ice. now to this empty life I am bound. life has no color. no vibrant sound. nothing matters in this void I’ve found.
wishing to be near, I draw close to the thought of you — alone on the bathroom floor. chilled tile kisses my skin like a tomb. the cold metal blade is pressed against my tattooed wrist.
take me with you, don’t leave me here in the ache. please — don’t leave me behind.
I have nothing.
I have no one.
my beloved, save me.
in the hush, something faint speaks. a whisper, soft in my right ear: “save yourself.”
a single thread of breath — a ghost’s last gift.
