Each item in the shop is crafted with care and intention. Because our photography prints, poetry cards, and limited edition literary pieces are produced to order and often released in small or exclusive batches, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, we will absolutely make it right.

within 7 days of delivery and include:

• A clear photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
• Your order number and date ordered

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, a free replacement will be issued.

Returns are not required for damaged items — only documentation.
